The building is walking distance to a small strip mall with a local pub, a Mac's, a drug store, a dollar store and a small grocery store as well as others..

Calgary transit has excellent bus service to Market Mall a well as the Crowfoot Shopping Center with the #1 route about 2 1/2 blocks away.

The rent is $850 per month which includes heat and water. Telephone, cable, internet and electricity are your responsibility. Electricity is approximately $40-$50/month.
