Home is located off the main road and is on a very quiet, residential street. The main floor has 600 square feet while the 2nd floor has 640 square feet. There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean which also looks out over the hillsides of the town of Torbay. Access to the East Coast Trail is a one minute walk.
There are two bedrooms and a den. There are two full bathrooms plus a half bathroom (toilet and sink). Amenities include the following: Queen sized beds in each of the bedrooms with linens; towels, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, 40 inch LED flat screen TV’s in each of the bedrooms; 46 inch LCD TV in the living room; stackable full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. There is a wood stove available for use but tenant(s) are responsible for providing wood and cleaning stove. In addition, two mini split heat pumps have just been installed. There is a paved driveway with plenty of parking. There is a 20x20 shed available for storage. Landlord will do the lawn care, however, snow clearing will be the responsibility of the long term tenant(s)/renter(s). I have a contractor available to do snow clearing if wanted.
Absolutely no smokers (in or on property) and no pets. I’m only interested in renting to individuals who are quiet, tidy, responsible and respectful of the house and its contents, as well as the family-oriented neighbourhood in which the house is situated.
